   Hi
   The first error is due to ISO image that is not present, but you can ignore and subsitute in “disk manager, (Ctrl+D) the appropriate ISO or the phisycal drive.
   The second is due to extension pack not installed, for the 4.0.6 and 4.0.8 downloadi it from:

   http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/4.0.6/Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-4.0.6-71344.vbox-extpack
